Little Heroes Hair is a registered 503(c) non-profit with the state of Washington, dedicated to providing FREE medical-grade wigs to children under 18, suffering from hair loss, ensuring they can grow up with the joy and self-esteem they deserve.
Children under the age of 18 who are experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions, such as cancer, alopecia, or other illnesses, are eligible to apply. We require supporting documentation, including a medical certificate and a guardian's ID.
You can apply by visiting our website’s application page, www.littlehereshair.org/apply. Simply fill out the application form and upload the required documents. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to contact us.
To complete the application, we require:
- A medical certificate confirming hair loss
- The guardian’s photo ID
- Photos of the child’s current hair loss condition (for wig customization purposes)
Each wig is handcrafted to ensure a perfect fit. Typically, it takes about 6-8 weeks to produce a wig after we receive all the necessary information. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
