1. Complete the Application Form
   Please fill out the application form with your child’s personal information, contact details, and medical history. Ensure that all information is accurate so we can provide the best possible service for your child.
2. Submit Medical Documentation
   A doctor’s signed statement is required to confirm that your child is experiencing hair loss due to illness, medical treatment (such as chemotherapy), or other causes. This documentation helps us determine eligibility and provide the most appropriate wig.
3. Submit Application Materials
   Once you’ve completed the application form and obtained the medical documentation, you can submit the materials via email or mail. Our team will review the application and get back to you promptly with the next steps.
4. Review & Confirmation
   After we receive your materials, we will review the application. The review process typically takes 10-14 business days. Once approved, we will notify you and begin processing the wig order.
5. Wig Production & Shipment
   Upon approval, the wig will be custom-made according to your child’s size and needs. Production typically takes 8-10 weeks. Once the wig is completed, it will be shipped to the address you provided.
